Warlord lives!
In early 2008, the Warlord CCG license was picked up by Phoenix Interactive and they are now producing the game in place of AEG. Phoenix Interactive operates the following official websites:
Phoenix Interactive has reset the environment by producing 4th Edition and has provided a strong commitment to support the game.
If you are a new player to the game, or if you are a previous player returning to the game, 4th Edition is the best entry point. It released on July 31, 2008.
The first expansion after 4th Edition was Shattered Empires, having released in January 2009. The next planned expansion is Crimson Coast, scheduled for release on April 30, 2009.
The last expansion produced by AEG was Light & Shadow, designed for Epic Format.
